What the latest group said about the course in 2022

I just recently completed my Touch for Health Synthesis.  I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and looked forward to each of the four weekends immensely.
I found Tony a fantastic teacher, he was so interactive and open, who made learning fun and easy. There were plenty of laughs and we had such a wonderful group.
It was surprisingly easy to practice the muscle balances after just the first weekend – I felt I really achieved so much learning and hands on experience to have confidence in what I was doing.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable and massively educational experience, with tools to use in everyday life.  I find it fascinating that the possibilities are endless of where Touch for Health can take you!

Touch For Health

This is a brilliant course for parents to learn as it allows you to keep your children in optimal good health.

You can use it to balance stress at all level of the body and uncover the hidden causes of many health problems.

  • Quickly and easily improve mood by reducing stress.
  • Help someone with physical pain or posture issues
  • Prevent sickness by maintaining positive health
  • Accelerate healing and recovery
  • Determine which foods are good and not so good for a person
  • Improve concentration
  • Improve energy and sleep

Dr. John Thie  created the TFH synthesis over 30 years ago. (Read more on John here) It is now taught in over 50 countries globally and is the most widely used system of Kinesiology in the world. It forms the foundation of the Diploma in Kinesiology in Ireland and gives the student 60 Internationally accredited kinesiology training hours recognised by the IKC, the International Kinesiolgy College, our governing body.

What will I learn in Touch For Health?

Touch For Health begins with a simple and easy to learn 14 muscle balance which introduces ways to balance physical, emotional, mental and nutritional health.
Kids love it, and they respond really well to it. They always find the muscle testing part absolutely amazing, and so will you! The techniques can be used on anyone and a massage table is not required, as all of the work can be done standing.
You will be given a detailed manual which is packed full of useful information and instructions to help you do your work.
You will learn how to diffuse stress using acupressure points. You will also learn the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine and how to apply them to restore health and balance.
After the first day of training, you can go home and practice the techniques on friends and family.
I began my training in Kinesiology with this course (more on me here) about 10 years ago. I still refer to it regularly as it teaches the basic principles that every Kinesiologist globally will use.
