What I Can Offer
I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering individual counselling sessions either in-person or online.
I provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk about issues and concerns that may be related to a recent development, or may be due to past experiences, which are now negatively impacting on your life. By exploring together your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a non-judgemental and compassionate way, I aim to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and others and what may be preventing you from living a happy and fulfilling life.
My training in the Humanistic Integrative approach recognises that we are all unique and therefore one size doesn’t fit all. This approach allows me to integrate different therapeutic practices to meet the needs of each individual, for example: Person-Centred, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential, Attachment-based and Relational Therapy.
