Deirdre is a qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist based in Carrigaline, Cork, and a registered member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI).
She offers deeply relaxing, restorative treatments tailored to each individual, with a focus on calming the nervous system, relieving stress, and supporting overall wellbeing.
With additional training in oncology care, Deirdre provides safe, gentle treatments for those on their cancer journey. She also supports women through pregnancy and menopause, offering nurturing, personalised care in a calm and professional environment.

A deeply relaxing treatment using heated basalt stones to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote deep rest and sleep.
