Meet Aimee, a dedicated and compassionate Nutritional Therapist.

From a young age Aimee had an interest in cooking. She has fond memories of being creative in the kitchen with her mum and sister. At a very young age her interest in reading food labels came from tagging along with her Dad to do the weekly grocery shop as a child.

After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Business from University College Cork in 2009, Aimee pursued further studies with the College of Naturopathic Medicine where she studied for 3 years Nutritional Therapy. In 2015 she studied with Innopharma a Higher Diploma in Food Science and Technology. Aimee has studied various alternative therapies, such as Reiki, Angel therapy (I.E.T), kinesiology, and crystal healing.

Her journey to becoming a wellness therapist was shaped by personal experiences, including overcoming her own health challenges which lead her to where she is in her career today. Inspired to help others find balance and harmony in their lives. Aimee believes in looking at the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected entities. She tailors her therapy sessions to address each client’s unique needs. She empowers her clients to focus on nutrition and selfcare which helps them navigate through life’s obstacles with a positive mindset.

As a lifelong learner, Aimee stays up to date with the latest research and developments in wellness practices. Her warm and empathetic nature, coupled with years of expertise working as a nutritional therapist in the Quay Co-op Health shop in Carrigaline. She has earned her a reputation as a trusted and effective wellness therapist.
