Ruth is a Reflexologist and RLD practitioner in Carrigaline Cork and is a member of the Irish Reflexologists’ Institute. She specialises in women’s health and emotional wellbeing & lymphatic health. More recently she qualified as a Reflexology Drainage Practitioner (RLD) which is a specialised form of Reflexology for primary and secondary Lymphodema. RLD also has great results for other conditions from fibromyalgia to IBS and much more.
Ruth is a Reiki Master and a Rahanni Healing practitioner, both of which are helpful for deeper emotional healing, pain management and healthier autonomic nervous system. She has been practicing Reiki and Yoga for over 25 years and has found both to be enormously helpful for a better state of mind in her own work on herself.

Ruth runs monthly Lymphatic & Wellbeing Workshops for Women, where the focus is on boosting the lymphatic system through specific yoga sequences and breathwork. Nervous system regulation is central to lymphatic flow so certain regulatory breathwork sequences are used to experience deep nervous system rest. Ruth also brings in Transformational Yoga which is a combination of movement, sound and vibration to deepen the experience of rest for the central nervous system.
