Jonathan first experienced Reiki back in 2006 when he met his Teacher, Loretto Collins. He became a qualified Reiki practicioner himself, in 2018. He found Reiki hugely beneficial for managing stress and for his mental health.
He works with all sorts of people and he has a particular passion for working in the area of men’s mental health. Men of all ages can find it hard to reach out. Reiki offers a simple and effective way of easing stress and calming the mind.
Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing, meaning “Life force” works to clear blockages in the body, reducing stress, boosting your immune system & general wellbeing.
