Meet Siobhan Phillips – Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) Practitioner in Carrigaline Cork
Siobhan is an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) Practitioner in Carrigaline Cork and is accredited with EFT International.
She specialises in helping neurodivergent women, particularly autistic, AuDHD and ADHD women who are struggling with social anxiety, setting boundaries, racing thoughts, post-diagnosis identity confusion after years of masking, past traumatic or painful experiences, overwhelming emotions, body-related shame, self-acceptance, & more.
Siobhan is neurodivergent herself and has directly experienced how helpful EFT Tapping can be in many of the situations above, as well as through helping other autistic, AuDHD or ADHD women.
For many people, EFT Tapping is a very effective tool for:
- Rewiring past traumatic or painful experiences so that they no longer affect how you feel in the present. This often also results in people seeing what happened clearly for the first time. (It is not unusual for people who have carried guilt for many years to see for the first time that what happened was not their fault.)
- Undoing unhelpful – usually untrue – beliefs often learned in childhood. For example, feeling not deserving of love, not enough, that they have to hide themselves to be loved, feeling stupid or not capable, etc.
- Giving people a simple tool to ease stress, anxiety, racing thoughts or overwhelming emotions whenever needed (and that can be used discreetly).
Siobhan also uses Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) to help people experiencing anxiety, stress, PTSD, fears or phobias.
Questions are very welcome. She offers a 15-20 minute free no-obligation consultation call before booking a session so that you can ask any questions, and she can check that your situation or issue is likely to be helped using EFT Tapping.
